The Ajith Kumar movie directed by Siva is booked for 4 continuous days and the film is expected to break many records at the box-office. The film is occupying 90% of screens in Tamil Nadu this week.

The excitement level surroundingĀ  Vivegam is at an all time high as the film is set to release tomorrow. The Ajith Kumar movie directed by Siva is booked for 4 continuous days and the film is expected to break many records at the box-office. Ajith’s previous movie Vedhalam made a record opening collection at the box-office and Vivegam is expected to better the Vedhalam record. The trade pundits are expecting the film to gross 100 crores in the opening week end.

Vivegam to occupy 90% of screens in Tamil Nadu

Vivegam being the only release this week, the film is occupying 90% of screens in Tamil Nadu. The film is releasing in over 800 screens in Tamil Nadu and almost 300 screens in Kerala. This is a huge number and no other Tamil film has seen such a huge release in the state including Rajinikanth’s Kabali.

Huge release in US Market

Apart from India, Vivegam is also making a huge release in United states market as well. The film is expected to release in over 330 screens in US alone. The film is expected to make a record breaking collection is US box-office. After Kabali, Vivegam is enjoying a huge reception in the country.

All set to become the first blockbuster of the year

Its already August, and we are yet to witness a genuine blockbuster at the box-office. Inspite of some good performance of movies like Singam, Kavan and Vikram Vedha, none of the film managed to become a blockbuster. With the kind of expectation and screen count, Vivegam is all set to become the first blockbuster of the year.

The film Vivegam is said to have made in an international background and is expected to take Tamil Cinema to the next level. With most part of the movie shot in Bulgaria, the film will have a classy appeal to it. This is one of the reason for the mounting expectation on the movie. The film is made with a budget of over 100 crores and is said to be Ajith Kumar’s costliest movie till date.
